The Farm House at Aganmore

the detail and the thought that went into renovating and furnishing this farm house was superb Positive: it was self catering , the kitchen for this purpose was superb in the facilities and utensils provided , nothing was left out or forgotten (and I am a kitchen faddy ), This applies to everything in the house, and in the 3 days we were there I got to se the thought and detail that went into rennovating and furnishing the house , in that in the little front porch there was placed a single armchair which for me was just what was needed to at times get away from 3 generations of family females All the bedrooms were very cleanly furnished and even though we were a family of only 5 every bed (8 no ) in the house was made up & my granddaughter got an opportunity to try out bunk beds, The house lived up to its name of "clearview and had we been staying longer I noted there was an opportunity for walking in quiet farmland / foothills right out the front door. , on the saturday night the "ladies"(all 3 generations) tried the hot tub and had a great time , the hot water was instant and plentiful , while I watched in horror at the amount of towels they were using . Oh ? and the excellent starter pack even included a type of champagne which thankfully was NOT consumed in the hot tub Negative: given what was provided for us and the hospitality and friendliness we experienced in Ballycastle , it would have been nice to have been able to put a face on the name of our hosts , but I think such was the politeness privacy afforded to us we didnt get that chance , perhaps the next time

Positive: As a parent travelling with 3 children, I loved the bed options for them. I also loved the cosy feel. The hottub was a big bonus, my kids loved it
